Meet Brooke Evans, Principal Consultant
Brooke Evans, Ph.D., MSW, LICSW/LCSW, CSAC is the owner and principal consultant at Brooke Evans Consulting, LLC.
Brooke is a clinician, educator, and health services researcher focused on improving and transforming behavioral health care. Bringing enthusiasm, energy, and expertise to her work, she offers consulting, research/evaluation, and training services for organizations in the following areas:
• Mental health and mental wellbeing, including Mental Health First Aid certification courses
• Substance use prevention and treatment
• Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and suicide prevention
• Behavioral health integration
• Implementation and improvement science
• Program evaluation
• Supervision and leadership development
Brooke has worked in the behavioral health field for over 20 years in a range of settings (e.g., hospitals, community behavioral health agencies, health centers, universities, international). She enjoys teaching and has conducted numerous community trainings, led professional webinars and workshops, and taught graduate and undergraduate courses. Along with her love of education, Brooke believes in the power of mentoring and clinical supervision/leadership development and has supported countless clinicians, health professionals, peers, and students in the health services field.
Brooke received her Ph.D. in Social Policy (Behavioral Health) from the Heller School, Brandeis University; MSW from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa; and BA in Communications and Political Studies from Whitworth University. She is currently based in Washington State and enjoys working throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawai‘i, as well as collaborating with organizations around the country.
